Wine, Music & Prósza Festival

The Wine, Music & Prósza Festival returns to Zalakaros for five days of great food, excellent wines and unforgettable entertainment.

The festivities begin with a special Day 0 warm-up event, featuring the much-loved Spritzer Run, organised by the Zalakarosi Futrinkák.

One of the festival's signature attractions is prósza, a traditional Zala-style potato flatbread. Local teams compete by preparing their own family recipes and secret ingredients, giving visitors the chance to discover this unique regional speciality.

The region's wineries also present their finest wines, inviting guests to sample some of the best vintages from Zalakaros and the surrounding area. See more
