Lavender Terasz Restaurant

Operating year-round since May 2016, Lavender Terasz is a restaurant and guesthouse located in Balatonvilágos, often referred to as the “gateway to Lake Balaton” for those arriving from Budapest via the M7 motorway. The property is situated just 1.4 km from the motorway exit, 150 metres from the Balatonaliga railway stop on the Budapest–Nagykanizsa line, and directly along the cycling route that runs around the lake. The building is set in a spacious green area, surrounded by gently rolling, park-like landscapes and a large grassy football field nearby. At Lavender Terasz, dishes are prepared exclusively from high-quality, fresh ingredients to ensure a consistently excellent dining experience. The restaurant offers an elegant yet modern atmosphere only 800 metres from the lakeshore, with bright, spacious interiors, a fireplace, and carefully selected background music creating a comfortable setting. The wine room features a “wine wall” displaying the full selection available in the house, making it easy for guests to choose the perfect pairing for their meal.
