The Kerényi Imre Kult-Magtár is located in the Vörösberény district of Balatonalmádi, housed in a rustic granary building dating back to the 17th–18th centuries that has been transformed into a renewed cultural centre.
The building came into the city’s ownership in 2017, and in 2021 a memorial plaque and relief were inaugurated in honour of Imre Kerényi, highlighting the importance of preserving and celebrating local cultural heritage. The atmosphere of the venue—with its aged wooden beams, vaulted cellar spaces, and spacious courtyard—creates a unique setting for cultural events.
